Acerta Connect is so straightforward. Hours worked are ready in the calendar every month. All I have to do is forward absences; my file manager does everything else. It’s really convenient.

Working with staff involves a great deal of administrative duties. These include monitoring wages, approving leave days and recording absences. Thanks to Acerta Connect, this is now easier than ever. You receive one summary of the hours all your employee have worked for the current wage period.

If you employees work according to a set roster, those hours are even already entered. You then only have to forward any changes such as leave, overtime or illness. From as soon as you've made the required adjustments, you can conclude the wage period. Your file manager does everything else.

If you also pay your employee advances, with Acerta Connect it’s a piece of cake. You have a summary of all advances, which can easily be finalised with one click of a button.

Your most important employee details are easy to find in the tool. If details change – such as your employee moving house, getting married or having a child – you can easily forward this to your file manager in a few clicks. They will then do the rest.

You can easily find the details of your personal Acerta file manage in the tool. The address of your Acerta branch, and your file manager's telephone number and email address, are always at hand.

Here you can also find your own business data. If data changes, you can easily forward this to your file manager through the tool.
